Potato Vegetable Casserole – diet recipe for fashionistas

Let’s talk about diet…the ultimate challenge for every one of us every day. The strangle that we have every day! We all know..don’t eat food with fat (which normally taste delicious!) eat healthy, low fat food!

Sometimes i am thinking why God created sweets? If they are so much forbidden… they are so attractive and delicious . it,s such a pity that we have to choose between the body…and this delicious sweets!

Today i will present you a diet recipe for fashionistas.

The quantity is for one person.

- 220 g potatoes

- 1 large carot

-1 small eg

- 100 g quark

- 75 ml mineral water

- salt and pepper, nutmeg

- parsley

- 1 spoon oil

This is how you make it:

Potatoes in boiling water for about 25 minutes to cook . Peel and let cool slightly. Carrot and cut into very thin slices. Together with TK-peas in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes. Egg, quark and mineral mix and whisk smooth. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Chop the parsley and add to the curd cast. potatoes , peas and carrots and parsley cast alternately layering in a small baking dish. Sprinkle with oil. Bake in a preheated oven (electric oven: 175 ° C: 200 ° C / fan) for about 30 minutes baking .
