Potato Vegetable Casserole – diet recipe for fashionistas

Today i will present you a diet recipe for fashionistas.
The quantity is for one person.
- 220 g potatoes
- 1 large carot
-1 small eg
- 100 g quark
- 75 ml mineral water
- salt and pepper, nutmeg
- 1 spoon oil
This is how you make it:
